By accessing the BMD Media website (thebmdmedia.com) or engaging our photography and videography services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
BMD Media provides professional photography and videography services including but not limited to weddings, portraits, events, fashion, commercial, and documentary photography.
Arrival & Coverage: Our team will arrive at the scheduled time. Delays caused by client or venue may affect coverage duration.
Editing Timeline: Standard delivery of edited images is 2-6 weeks depending on package and season.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% to 50% (depending on package) is required to secure your booking date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled event date unless otherwise stated in your agreement. For studio sessions, full payment is due at time of booking.
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments as specified on your invoice. All fees are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise noted.
Important: Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of deposit.
In the unlikely event we must cancel due to illness or emergency, we will provide a full refund of all payments made or reschedule at no additional cost. We are not responsible for incidental expenses incurred.
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather at no penalty. We will work with you to find an alternative date.
All photographs, videos, and creative content produced by BMD Media remain the intellectual property of BMD Media. We grant clients a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Commercial use (advertising, resale, product packaging, etc.) requires written permission and may incur additional licensing fees.
We reserve the right to use images from your session for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless explicitly declined in writing before the shoot.
Note: Raw/unedited files are not released to clients. All delivered images are professionally edited to our quality standards.

Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for our services. We strongly recommend clients obtain event insurance for weddings and large events.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Enugu, Nigeria, in accordance with Nigerian arbitration laws.
You agree that any claim must be filed within one year of the incident giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.
